Quzilla Capital Announces Final Closing of Quzilla Fund II and Fund III
Quzilla Capital, Inc. (Headquarters: Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Shinji Takeuchi) today announced the successful final closing of Quzilla Fund II and Quzilla Fund III.
Both funds were closed at their respective target commitments and will continue Quzilla Capital's strategy of investing in high quality Japanese small and mid sized enterprises undergoing generational transition. As an AI-native private equity platform, the firm integrates disciplined AI deployment with traditional operational value creation initiatives to generate sustainable long-term alpha.
In connection with the final closing, the funds have completed two joint investments across the vehicles.
