Shinji Takeuchi
Founder & CEO
Mr. Takeuchi began his career at Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley, advising on cross-border M&A and high-stakes restructurings in Tokyo and New York.
In 2010, he co-founded Crosspoint Advisors with former Lehman Brothers colleagues. In 2012, he led a control investment in the digital sector and later exited the company to the world's largest consulting firm, transitioning from advisory to principal investing in the digital sector.
In 2018, he founded Quzilla Capital, one of the first micro-cap private equity firms in Japan to institutionalize digital transformation and AI-enabled operational improvement as core value drivers.
Mr. Takeuchi holds a B.A. in International Relations and Economics from Claremont McKenna College, graduating magna cum laude and elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. Katsuragi's career spans the Industrial Bank of Japan, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley, culminating in his tenure as CEO of Lehman Brothers Japan. In 2010, he co-founded Crosspoint Advisors.
With nearly five decades in investment banking, he is regarded as one of the most respected figures in Japan's financial industry.
Takaaki Hoda
Professor, Keio University
Professor Hoda's career spans investment banking at Lehman Brothers and UBS, entrepreneurship as founder and CEO of a Japanese SNS startup, and venture capital fund management. He also served as a researcher at the Financial Services Agency of the Japanese Government.
He is currently Professor at the Faculty of Policy Management at Keio University.
